The Tri-Pack Sampler
I love your product but my cockatoo only likes one of your flavors so the sample pack gave me a chance to try other flavors in the end I wasted my money I thought sample bags were pricey
I was very excited to give this to our African Grey. I slowly introduced it with veggies and fruit but he wouldn’t touch it. When I go in after about 2 hours the seed is the only thing left in the dish. I’ve tried 2 flavors but he’s not a fan.
My 12 year old cockatiel Pooka has always been a pretty picky eater. As she's getting older, I am definitely starting to be more concerned about her nutrition, in which her pellet based diet can't provide. I figured I'd give Bird Street Bistro a try, knowing that I'd run the risk of her not taking to it at all.
I went with the tri pack to see what she may like best. I knew she already will eat apples, so I started cooking that one first. It took a day or two for her to go for it, but once she realized it was food--I couldn't get her away from the stuff! I've since gone through that apple flavor and have started the southwestern flavor... which she somehow loves even more!
I do supplement the food with about 1/4-1/2 of her normal pellet diet, but she shreds through her entire dish in a day. Before, she never used to start her day at the food dish, but now it's her favorite thing to start the day with.
Your bird may not take to it, but that's a risk you need to be ok with. I am thrilled I did and was able to provide a more well rounded diet to my feathered friend!
My cockatoo really enjoys some of the trial pack he loves more than others but these are so easy to prepare
