Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
All RETAIL orders placed within the United States and its territories (P.O. Boxes are fine) will be shipped for a flat-rate charge of $5.99. Shipper will be, at our discretion, either USPS Priority Mail (typical transit time two to three business days) or UPS Ground (typical transit time two to six business days).
USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International for foreign addresses. Your shipping rate will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.
It is your responsibility to verify with the Customs office that the items you order are allowed into the country to which they will be shipped. If the products are not allowed, they will be confiscated by that government. It is also your responsibility to discover if duties, or taxes, or customs fees are charged on your purchases. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping fees Healthy Habits Pet Supplies charges. They are extra fees assessed by that government and are due and payable to them upon receipt of your merchandise.
You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (ex. you received an incorrect item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
